Here is just a quick look at what we had for dinner at the Hofbräuhaus in Munich. It is
Spanferkel (Suckling Pig) with Klöße (dumplings) . It was very good, crispy skin, wonderful flavor, however the meat was not as tender as I anticipated. But overall it was fantastic!
